By accessing this website, submitting any form, or booking or receiving any discovery call, coaching session, workshop, or advisory service from Amped Exec, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or our services. You may use the site only for lawful purposes and in ways that do not harm our business, users, or systems. All content on the site, including articles, videos, guides, and downloads, is for general informational purposes only and does not constitute legal, financial, or professional advice. If you book coaching, workshops, or advisory services through the site, you agree that all sessions are provided on a best-effort basis, that we may reschedule, modify, or refuse any service, and that fees, cancellation terms, and refund policies (if any) will be provided at the time of booking.

Mutual Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA)
This agreement includes a Mutual Non-Disclosure Agreement that applies automatically to all interactions between you and Amped Exec and is intentionally prominent. Both you (“Client”) and Amped Exec (“Company”) agree that any non-public information shared in any form, including business plans, strategies, financials, personal data, internal documents, trade secrets, or discussions during coaching, advisory, or workshop sessions, is considered Confidential Information. Both parties agree to keep all Confidential Information strictly confidential, to use it only for the purpose of the engagement or interaction, and not to disclose it to any third party without written permission. This NDA does not apply to information that becomes publicly available through no fault of the receiving party, information independently developed without reference to the other party’s Confidential Information, or information required to be disclosed by law or court order (with prompt notice when legally permitted). This mutual NDA remains in effect for five years from the date of disclosure.

Intellectual Property
All content on this site, including brand assets, logos, copy, frameworks, and downloadable materials, is owned by Amped Exec or licensed for our use. You may not reproduce, distribute, or modify any content without written permission.

Third-Party Tools & Links
The site may contain links to third-party websites or tools, and we are not responsible for their content, actions, or policies.

Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Amped Exec is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages related to your use of the site or services. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid us (if any) in the 30 days preceding the claim.

Indemnification
